This page is an overview of the different ways that work can be experienced - from single, stand-alone sessions, in-person body work, to trauma-aware nervous system support and longer-term integration and embodiment containers.
Some people come for one session of clarity or grounding. Others choose ongoing support to allow change to settle and integrate over time.
You don’t need to read everything in order. You’re welcome to explore what’s most relevant to you right now, or begin with a clarity conversation if you’re unsure where to start.
All of the work you’ll see here is held within the same principles: safety, regulation, consent, and real integration into daily life.
There is no “right” entry point. We choose together, based on what your body and life can genuinely receive.
Explore How You Can Work With Embody Being
Explore the different ways this work can be experienced - from single sessions, to in-person body work, to ongoing integration support over time. Choose what fits your current capacity, needs, and life right now.
Focused, stand-alone support for what’s present now.
Single sessions offer space for clarity, grounding, regulation, or immediate support without committing to ongoing work. They are complete sessions in themselves and meet you where your body and life are right now.
These sessions may include embodied inquiry, nervous system support, movement, or hands-on work where appropriate. The focus is always on safety, pacing, and supporting your system to settle and orient.
Single sessions can be supportive if you:
feel overwhelmed or in transition
need clarity or grounding around a specific issue
want to experience this work before deciding on ongoing support
are not able to commit to longer-term work right now
Session length: 60–90 minutes Offered online or in person, depending on location and suitability.
Gentle, body-led support to reduce overwhelm and restore regulation.
Evidence → Possibility → Tools
What This Supports
Chronic stress, anxiety, shutdown, overwhelm, and stored protective patterns that live in the body
How It Works
Nervous system regulation, vagal toning, gentle somatic practices, and attuned inquiry
The Approach
Body-led, trauma-aware support that prioritises safety, regulation, and the body's natural timing
What to expect This work is often experienced over a short series of sessions to allow the nervous system to settle and stabilise. Most people begin with 3–6 sessions, spaced weekly or fortnightly, to reduce stress load and restore a sense of regulation. Some people come for a shorter reset. Others choose to continue with ongoing support.
Integration Support - Embedding change into daily life
Ongoing integration brings the different strands of this work together over time.
Ongoing integration support often builds on nervous system regulation work, once the system has enough stability to integrate change more fully. Rather than a central focus area, support is shaped responsively - allowing physical, nervous system, emotional, and lifestyle shifts to be integrated in a way that feels coherent and sustainable.

Support over time
Integration support is typically explored over 1-3 months or longer, depending on what’s unfolding and how your capacity evolves. Session rhythm and focus adapt over time.
Hands-on support for regulation, release, and physical integration.
In-person body work offers direct, skilled support for the body where insight or conversation alone isn’t enough. Sessions are responsive and intelligently paced, always guided by nervous system readiness, consent, and what the body is asking for in the moment.
This work may be experienced as a stand-alone session or woven into longer-term integration support.
nervous system settling and felt safety
reduction of chronic holding, pain, or protective patterns
injury recovery, rehabilitation, or postural support
unwinding longer-held physical or emotional patterns
integration during periods of transition or stress
While many sessions are gentle and regulation-focused, deeper or more intensive work may be offered when appropriate and only when the body is ready. Intensity is never forced. Safety always leads.
Your first session includes an initial consultation to assess suitability, readiness, and scope.
Session length: typically 90 minutes, offered in person, location dependent.
When Deeper Work Is Indicated
Immersion & Deep Work
Extended, invitational support for those drawn to deeper integration.
Immersion and deep integration work is offered selectively, when there is alignment, readiness, and capacity on both sides. It is not a next step or an upgrade - it is simply a different context for the work to unfold.
This way of working offers sustained space away from day-to-day demands, allowing the nervous system to settle more fully and deeper patterns to reorganise without pressure.
Immersions may include:
extended or multi-day support
residential or retreat-style work
intensive integration periods
a combination of body work, embodied practices, and integration support
The structure, duration, and rhythm are bespoke and shaped through conversation. Depth is never imposed, and participation is always invitational.
Not everyone needs or wants this level of work. That discernment is part of its integrity.
If this calls to you, we begin with a conversation and explore whether it’s appropriate and supportive at this time.

Capacity-Led
Some people come for a single session of support. Others choose to work together over time. What matters is what your body and life can genuinely receive right now.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We take time to explore fit, timing, and the level of support that feels appropriate - together.
A note on exchange As a guide, single sessions are offered from $150 USD, with exchange shaped through conversation depending on session length, location, and scope of support. Ongoing and immersive work is discussed once suitability and capacity are clear.
This work is held with care, consent, and respect for your capacity. There is no pressure to go deeper than feels right.
If you feel drawn to begin, the next step is simply a conversation...
